Printers stop auto-creating for users with more than 20 printers in XenApp 6.0 or 6.5.
Printers are auto-creating for most users, however for users with more than 20 printers it does not auto-create all printers available, it stops after 20 printers.

On the 2008 Terminal Server/XenApp server the following event id 1124 is displayed:

Product: Windows Operating 
System Event ID: 1124 
Source: Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-Printers Version: 6.0 
Symbolic Name: EVENT_NOTIFY_SPOOLER_MAX_PRINTERS_REACHED 
Message: The number of printers per session limit was reached. 
The following print queue was not created: Printer = %1 Port = %2

Resolution

To resolve this issue, create or modify the MaxPrintersPerSession Windows registry key.

The default printers per session for a user in windows 2008 by default is 20, if a user needs more printers, then create the registry key following Microsoft Article.
