When upgrading NetScaler SDX Service Virtual Machine from NetScaler software release 9.3 50.x to the latest version, the Graphical User Interface (GUI) fails.

Use the command line interface of the Service Virtual Machine to upgrade to the latest version of the NetScaler software release by completing the following steps:

1. Copy the required version of the Service Virtual Machine from the Management Services (use GUI) to Software Images.

2. Log on to the Service Virtual Machine from the command line interface and upgrade the software.
