Step by step, How to Download and Install Citrix License Files after renewal:

Download & install licenses using one of the following options: 

• If license server is configured, using the licensing manager: 

1. Click here to download and install updated files using Citrix Licensing Manager. 

• Using the MyAccount portal:

1. Login to Citrix account .
2. Select Manage Licenses.
3. Select the licenses you want to download and choose the download option.

4.  Click here for assistance with updating the licenses on product/License server.

Notes:

• Citrix always recommends downloading all licenses in one file after a renewal and/or purchase of additional licenses. Installing only one license file helps to avoid conflicts and corruption caused by multiple files or old license files.

• Citrix strongly recommend that you update the license server to the latest build. The software can be downloaded from Citrix Downloads .
