Description
When publishing some applications, an unhandled “Data is not in ICO format.” exception is thrown in the Delivery Services/AppCenter Console.
Resolution
Apply the following fix for your XenApp server platform version:

Problem Cause
The icon format of the published application was not applying because of a limitation of the Citrix.IconConverter.dll. Attempts to publish certain applications in the Delivery Services Console/AppCenter can fail, resulting in the following unhandled exception:
"System.NotSupportedException: Data is not in ICO format"
