Description
Mouse Pointer moves erratically when GotoMeeting (GTM) is launched to share the screen in a Virtual Desktop Agent (VDA) using a Mac Client.
Resolution
As a workaround, in the VDA, enable Display pointer trails and set it to Short (the minimum value) in the Mouse Properties dialog box, as shown in the following screen shot.
