This article provides step-by-step instructions for users who can access their citrix.com My Account to update their username and/or password for secure and seamless access. 

This article does not apply to Workspace login or end-user company specific cloud platform login (e.g., https://www.companyname.(cloud).com). 

Instructions

1. Visit www.citrix.com/account and log in with your existing username and password.
   • To troubleshoot login issues related to citrix.com, refer to Troubleshooting login issues on Citrix websites 
2. You will be directed to the My Account home page.
3. Click Update My Profile to proceed.
4. On the Update My Information page, select the Login/Password menu to update your username or password.
5. Update the required fields and click Continue to save the changes.
