When trying to start the virtual machine (VM) the following error is returned:
“There were no servers available to start VM <VM Name>”
The reason is displayed as “HVM (Hardware Virtual Machine) is required for this operation”

When trying to migrate a Windows VM from one host to another gets message that "HVM Not Supported"
Resolution
To resolve this issue validate the processor provides support for Virtualization Technology (VT) and enable the VT flag in the system’s BIOS.
Check your server documentation in order to enable it.

The XenServers hosts processor does not have the VT functionality required or it has been disabled in the system's BIOS.
