Resolution

The following are the known issues along with their workarounds:

Issue 1

The Open Folder feature of Internet Explorer 9 does not work within Independent Computing Architecture (ICA) session or Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) sessions.

Workaround

Currently, there are no workarounds available for this issue.

Issue 2

Application fails to start after upgrading to Internet Explorer 9.

Workaround

This issue occurs because of the Tightened Security option with File Download in Internet Explorer 9. Add the site to the trusted sites list in the Security tab of Internet Options, add the Web Interface site to Trusted Sites list to allow the use of the ActiveX ICA client object for starting the application, and also ensure that the ActiveX Filtering feature is not enabled for the Site.
Refer to the Knowledge Center article CTX804493 - Users Prompted to Download, Run, Open Launch.ica File, Instead of Launching Connection for more information.

Issue 3

HDX Flash Client side rendering does not work with Internet Explorer 9.

Workaround

HDX Flash Client side rendering with Internet Explorer 9 produces unpredictable results, such as a black screen instead of video and pseudocontainer.exe sometimes terminates immediately. Currently, there is no fix to make this feature work with Internet Explorer 9.
A workaround is to disable Client side rendering and only operate with Server side rendering if the browser version is Internet Explorer 9 or later.

Issue 4

Internet Explorer 9 crashes when the user logs off an ICA session started using Java Client from a system, which has Java Runtime Environment Beta Version 7 installed. Refer to the Knowledge Center article CTX129804 - Java Receiver Logoff Issue with JRE Beta Version 7 and Internet Explorer 9 for more information.

Workaround

Currently, there are no workarounds available for this issue.
