How to move Services, Products, and Licenses to a different Citrix account

Description
To assist in moving Citrix products and services across accounts.
A transfer is moving hardware and software - Cloud and non-Cloud products and licenses from one account to another account.
Instructions
Requirements

- A signature from an unrestricted contact on the account where the licenses currently reside.
- Organizational IDs (Org id) for current and destination accounts
- Based on the Citrix End User Licensing Agreement (EULA); or Citrix End User Services Agreement (EUSA), Citrix requires related companies to be affiliated via the company's licensing contract.
- Products, Services, and Licenses can only be transferred between affiliated companies (e.g. Parent, /Child affiliation)
- An Asset Transfer Form must be completed and signed. Form will be provided by Customer Service representative.
Instructions
- A Customer Service case must be opened for the request. Click here to open a case online via live chat support.

- Europe, Middle East and Africa customers must contact their Citrix Partner/Distributor for assistance.
- To submit a request via the Customer Service web form, login and click on Open a Case
- Select General Inquiries > Other Issues
- Input Product Transfer in the subject field
- In the description field, provide the following:
- Product or Service Name:
- License codes or serial numbers to be transferred:
- Org Ids for the current and destination accounts:
- Contract number(s) associated to both accounts:
- Business reason for transfer:
- Enter a preferred phone number for callback
- Click Receive call to receive a callback from an advisor.
- Click Log a case to submit a case online, a Customer Service representative will contact you within 1 business day to assist you
- Click Live Chat to connect via chat.
- Once all required information is received, processing may take up to 10 business days for the transfer.
- You will be contacted upon completion of the request.
