New Fixes in This Release

  1. With browser acceleration enabled, attempts to use Internet Explorer to upload JPG or GIF files to a Web server fail. The issue occurs as a result of the way browser acceleration handles MIME types. To enable this fix, must set the following registry keys:

    • On 32-bit Windows:

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\SpeedScreen
      Name: MimeFlags
      Type: REG_DWORD
      Data: 1 (to enable fix)

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\SpeedScreen
      Name: MimeFlagsType
      Type: REG_DWORD
      Data: 1

    • On 64-bit Windows:

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\SpeedScreen
      Name: MimeFlags
      Type: REG_DWORD
      Data: 1 (to enable fix)

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\SpeedScreen
      Name: MimeFlagsType
      Type: REG_DWORD
