This article seeks to assist End-User customers in obtaining a license report through My Account for all assets (product/licenses) owned by the company.


Instructions

Requirements

  • Citrix My Account (Unrestricted) Username and password associated to account Org ID the licenses reside under.



License Report

A report for all active, non-rescinded, license codes that a company owns as well as product owned with current maintenance, reinstatement or recovery memberships.
  • Citrix considers a license rescinded due to a replacement transaction where the customer receives a new license as a result of a conversion, upgrade, migration, consolidation, trade-up or split. For instance, a version upgrade as a benefit of Customer Success Services (formerly subscription advantage), combining two or more license codes to receive less license codes, etc.
 

To Obtain a License Report

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. From Dashboard, select Manage Licenses.
  3. Select View All Licenses.
    • View All Licenses will show all licenses, Current, Reinstatement & Recovery with Customer Success Services (CSS) that are eligible to be renewed.
  4. Scroll down to bottom of page.
  5. Click the hyperlink Export to Excel (.CSV) to export the list of licenses. The list will be downloaded into a spreadsheet.
  6. Open and save/print file.

Issue/Introduction

End User Customers have the ability to view all product and licenses owned by their company through My Account, which allows a download to an Excel spreadsheet.
