The following error message is displayed on a smart phone when connecting to Citrix Receiver:
“Login Failed. The address given did not provide a valid App list. Please check the address, gateway settings, and your network connection.”

To resolve this issue, complete the following procedure:
In the NetScaler Management Console, locate the navigation pane under Configuration Utility, and click NetScaler Gateway > Policies.
In the NetScaler Gateway Session Policies and Profiles window, click Profiles tab. The list of profiles appears.
Select the Receiver profile from the list.
On the Client Experience tab, click Advanced present at the bottom right of the window:
The Client Experience - Advanced window appears.
Clear Client Choices check box and click OK.
