Citrix recommends contacting your point of contact (Citrix Partner or Citrix Sales Rep.) at the time of placing the order. Please allow up to 5 business days for the order to be processed.


Instructions

  1. To facilitate the order tracking process, please have the following information available:
    • Date of Purchase
    • Account Org ID
    • Company name
    • Purchase Order or Citrix Order number (if available)
    • Product(s) purchased
  1. If the order was placed with a Citrix Partner, please contact the Partner directly for order status confirmation.
  2. If the order was placed directly with Citrix, contact your Citrix Sales Representative directly. 
  3. ​The Citrix Customer Service team can assist with verifying order completion status only. Click here to create a case online.

Note: If the order has not been processed completely, the Customer Service team will not be able to locate the order in our systems. Please allow up to 5 business days for the order to be processed.
