You receive the following error during the installation of NetScaler Gateway Plug-in:
"Unable to manage networking component. Operating system corruption may be preventing installation"

Event ID 10005 is also recorded in the Windows event viewer, with the description "Citrix NetScaler Gateway plugin – Error 27850. Unable to manage networking component. Operating system corruption may be preventing installation".

Problem Cause

This issue can occur if the Deterministic Network (DNE) driver fails to install during installation of NetScaler Gateway plug-in. The DNE driver might fail to install because of changes in the operating system networking components made during previous software installation or uninstallation routines, or incompatible third party software.
