Description

This article contains information about retaining the customer settings you have made to the NetScaler or Access Gateway Enterprise Edition appliance after the appliance is restarted.
When you restart the NetScaler or Access Gateway Enterprise Edition appliance, the appliance automatically copies the files from the /var/vpn directory to the /netscaler/ns_gui directory. As a result, the appliance settings are reset to the default settings and the custom settings are lost.
