This article provides instructions on how to check the current expiration date of Subscription Advantage, Customer Success Services (CSS), Appliance Maintenance, and Hardware Warranty memberships on Citrix product by using the My Account web portal.

Background

Customers can locate a list of licenses with maintenance memberships in My Account under Renew and Manage Maintenance Programs. Current and expired memberships for Subscription Advantage, Customer Success Services, Premier Support, Software Maintenance and hardware warranty are provided. Renewal certificates and quotes are also available in this section.

Requirements

A valid, unrestricted username and password associated to My Account, where product licenses reside.

Instructions

There are three ways to find the Maintenance dates:
  • Manage Renewal Contacts 
  • Renewal Certificate
  • Quote creation

To check current expiration dates using My Account, log on to My Account and complete one of the following procedures:
  1. From the Dashboard, select Renew and Manage Maintenance Programs.
  2. ​At the top of page, select Manage Renewal Contacts.
    • ​All current expiration dates are displayed in the Current Expiration column. Scroll down to view warranty and maintenance dates.
  3. Or, click View Certificates hyperlink
    • Select View Certificates and dates will be displayed
  4. Or,​ select the Overview hyperlink, click Launch Digital Online Transaction Interface button.

 

  1. Open an Existing quote to view the current New Service start and end date for Customer Success Services (Select, Priority, Priority Plus)
    • On July 1, 2017, the Subscription Advantage (SA) program was retired and is no longer available for purchase. However, existing SA agreements will be honored through the customer’s expiration date.
