Description
After upgrading Provisioning Services (PVS), the following error message appears when launching the PVS Server Console:
"An error occurred communicating with the server."
Resolution
Make sure the PVS Server and Console are at the same Hotfix level.
Problem Cause
This issue can occur if there are two different PVS hotfix levels across two or more PVS servers.
To verify, on the PVS servers, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
Issue/Introduction
