Session sharing does not occur if you click on multiple applications at the same time.
Environment
Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
Add the following registry key on the client desktop to extend this time out value:
Caution! Refer to the Disclaimer at the end of this article before using RegistryEditor.HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Configuration\Advanced\Modules\WFClient\
SucConnTimeout = <string value>
Note: <string value> should be set to 20 or more.
Problem Cause
Multiple sessions can be opened if multiple configured seamless Windows applications are started in rapid succession and the server running has custom logon scripts that take longer than 20 seconds to complete.Issue/Introduction
