Symptoms

You cannot stream applications to client systems. You receive the following error message:

"There are no licenses available. (0xE0007D3)"

Version 4.5 of the Citrix license server is installed and streaming to the server works properly.

The Application Event Log of the server running Presentation Server 4.5 reports the following events:

When pointing the server running Presentation Server to the license server:

Event ID 3010 repeats itself on the server every 15 minutes.

Cause

As the errors indicate, the system is not licensed properly. The Citrix Application Streaming for Desktops license is missing. This license code must be activated and added to the license server to generate the CSS block as described in CTX112636 – Application Streaming Licensing Explained.

Resolution

Activate and add the Citrix Application Streaming for Desktops license to the license server.
