The ICA CE Client and handheld computers.
Issue
When the Citrix ICA Client for a handheld computer has its screen size set to relative % of desktop size of 100%, panning and scaling of a Word document or email is unavailable.
Workaround
Set the screen size to be absolute (in pixels) and choose a larger size such as 640x480.
1. On the Entry menu, click Properties to display the Edit Connection Details.
2. Click the Windows tab.
3. In the Window Size box, select Absolute (in pixels).
4. Click OK.
5. On the View menu, click Settings to display the Global ICA Client Settings.
6. Click the Preferences tab.
7. Set the default window size to 640x480 or larger.
8. Enable Allow Intermediate Zoom Factor.
9. Click OK.
NOTE: When the window size is set to larger than the actual screen size of the Windows CE device, the virtual screen control is displayed in the ICA session window. This control allows you to pan and scale the remote ICA session.
