Symptoms or Error

When launching applications on Internet Explorer 10 using the Citrix Receiver for HTML5 v1.1 the following error message is displayed:

“Citrix Receiver cannot create a secure (https://) connection in this browser. Please try a different browser.”


If you are within your local corporate network ensure the StoreFront URL is using http:// and not https://.


Logon using Citrix Access Gateway 10 (version 71.6014 or later).
