How to request a printed certificate for completed certifications

Summary

This article describes how to request a printed certificate for completed certifications. Certificates are automatically mailed after becoming certified. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery in the US and Canada and 8 weeks for delivery outside the US.

Requirements

Login credentials (user name and password) for the Certification Manager website: http://citrixcertmanager.com.

Procedure

Access the Citrix Certification Manager (http://citrixcertmanager.com) to request a printed certificate. Additional certificate request made within 6 to 8 weeks will be denied. You may view the status of your certificate under History.

  1. Go to http://citrixcertmanager.com. Enter the user name and password. Click Submit Button.

  1. From the Citrix Certification Manager home page click Request Certificate menu available on the left side of the page.

  1. The Request New Certificate page is displayed. Verify the mailing address and email addresses are correct. Click the Update Address(es) link or the Update Personal Info menu item to make updates to the mailing address and any other contact information.

  1. From Select Your Program drop-down box, select the program for which you have appeared for the certification and you need a certificate for it. Select I have never received original Certificate check box. Click Submit.

  1. A certificate is E-Mailed to your E-Mail ID in PDF format in 1 to 2 days and a hard copy will be delivered to your address in 8 weeks.
