When launching an application through Secure Gateway, the following error occurs:
"Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. The Citrix SSL server you have selected is not accepting connections"
If Secure Gateway is in a DMZ (Demilitarized zone) and XenApp servers are on the private network, ensure the following are open from the Secure Gateway to each XenApp server:
Port 2598 (if Session Reliability is used)
To verify, run a telnet from the Secure Gateway to each XenApp servers on the ports.
The issue occurs if Secure Gateway is unable to connect to XenApp server using ICA port 1494, XML port 80, a manually assigned port, or Session Reliability port 2598 (if enabled).
