With Citrix Communication Gateway 1.0, you are unable to connect to the QSIG trunk, what tools are there to troubleshoot the QSIG trunk configuration and setup?
Resolution
The Communication Gateway Administrative User Interface Dashboard shows the status of each QSIG span and is capable of displaying Red or Yellow alarms. However, for detailed debugging of Communication Gateway 1.0, the Administrative User Interface allows capturing only SIP traffic.
Status
QSIG traffic capture capability is available only in Communication Gateway 1.2.
