Symptoms
The WANScaler displays an incorrect model number on front bezel. This issue is known to occur on WANScaler 8520 models, but it may occur on other models.
Resolution
Upgrade to the latest firmware release. This fix has been verified in firmware versions 3.3.6 and later and 4.2.17 and later.
