Symptoms

When launching a published application through Secure Gateway or Access Gateway and Web Interface on a Mac computer, you receive the following error message:

“SSL error 37, there’s no route to the SSL relay route subnet address.”

Launching published applications with Windows computers works correctly.

Cause

If you have Session Reliability enabled on your server running Presentation Server, Session Reliability does not work with Mac clients.

Also, port 1494 needs to be open between the Access Gateway or Secure Gateway and the Presentation Server farm for Mac clients to be able to launch published applications.

Resolution

Open the ports 1494 and 2598 on the firewall between the Access Gateway or Secure Gateway and the server running Presentation Server.
