Summary

Procedure
Use the following procedure to download XML templates for use with the Common Diagnostic Facility:
1. Save the XML file(s) locally from the below list according to your problem type:

2. Apply the steps in CTX104578 – Using Citrix Diagnostic Facility and the Access Suite Console for Tracing until step 4.
3. At step 4 in CTX104578, click Add from file in the dialog and select the XML template that you saved in step 1 of this article.
4. Start the CDF trace just before reproducing the problem.
5. Reproduce the problem.
6. Stop the CDF trace just after reproducing the problem.
