Summary
This article lists the IMA modules to select when obtaining a Citrix Diagnostic Facility (CDF) trace when experiencing issues with the Access Management Console.
Procedure
1. Obtain a CDF trace using the Citrix Diagnostic Facility in the Access Management Console.
2. Select the following modules to trace:
CMI_PSE_Main
IMA_Subsystems_ComApp
IMA_Subsystems_MFApp
IMA_Sals_ComApp
IMA_Sals_MFApp
MF_Service_IMACom
3. Start the CDF tracing before reproducing the problem.
