Symptoms
You receive the following error message:
"SSL Error 23: The proxy denied access to 10:STAxxxxxx port 1494"
Cause
Traffic for port 1494 is not accessible from the Access Gateway inbound to the servers running Presentation Server.
Resolution
1. Configure the firewall to forward ICA traffic on 1494 to each server running Presentation Server where applications are configured for external users.
2. When using Access Gateway, verify that the ICA control list includes the correct IP address of the server running Presentation Server that you want users to access (open the Access Gateway Administration Tool and go to Authentication > ICA Access Control).
