Symptoms

Users are not prompted to restart during the Presentation Server Client 10.100 installation if Secure Sign-on (SSO) is enabled.

Cause

This occurs by design.

The Presentation Server Client's SSO behavior has changed for Microsoft certification purposes. Starting with version 10.100, the client installation does not prompt for a restart if users enable SSO.

More Information

Users must log off and log on to the system to use the SSO feature.
