The following is a list of known issues in this release. Read it carefully before installing the product.
Users who log on to a site configured for pass-through with smart card authentication using explicit credentials are presented with a Welcome to Windows dialog box when launching applications. To cancel this dialog box, users must press ALT GR + DELETE. To prevent this problem, create separate sites for users logging on with smart cards and users logging on using explicit credentials. In some cases, when the client is launched, the .ica file is saved as a plain text file on the user’s hard disk. However, this does not prevent the client from launching successfully. [#146110]

When attempting to connect to a remote application with client versions earlier than 6.20, you may encounter the error "50: Cannot connect to server." The recommended solution is to upgrade to the latest versions of the clients. However, if this is not possible, the error can be prevented by editing the template .ica files as follows:
DoNotUseDefaultCSL=On
BrowserProtocol=HTTPonTCP

The Web Interface may offer to install or upgrade the native client on devices running Windows XP Embedded; however, the installation will fail. You can avoid this issue by manually installing the latest version of the native client on the embedded device. If this is not possible, you can use the Access Management Console to stop these installation captions from appearing:

Under certain circumstances, not all the features of the Web Client are available using Firefox 2.0 on Windows XP and Windows Vista. If Firefox is installed by a user with administration privileges on a computer running Windows Vista with User Account Control switched off or Windows XP, installation of the Web Client by a user without administrative privileges will not include the ICO plug-in for Firefox. On Windows Vista with User Account Control switched on, the ICO plug-in for Firefox will not be installed unless the user is logged on under the built-in administrator account created by the operating system or the built-in administrator account for the domain to which the computer belongs.
When the ICO plug-in for Firefox is not installed, the client detection, workspace control, and embedded launch features are not available. To avoid this issue, both Firefox and the Web Client should be installed by a user with the appropriate administrative privileges (the built-in administrator account or built-in domain administrator account in the case of Windows Vista with User Account Control switched on). Users without the appropriate privileges should be instructed to ignore prompts to upgrade the native client. Alternatively, the installation captions that allow users to upgrade their clients can be disabled by following the procedure detailed in "Native client cannot be upgraded on devices running Windows XP Embedded" above.
