Cause

The application is profiled for a drive letter other than the system drive of the machine.

Resolution

This behavior is by design. RadeCache is located on only one drive. Applications must be profiled for the drive letter where the RadeCache is located in order to work on the client machine.

More Information

From CTX112526 – Citrix Application Streaming Guide - EN, page 17:

    System Drive Letter

For best practices, Citrix recommends that you install all applications on the
primary system drive. By packaging and executing using the primary system
drive, you can define a set of criteria that best associates a given target with a
given client workstation.

The system drive letter must be a match between the target and the client system
drive for a target to be the correct match for executing an application. There is no
provision for the client drive to be variable. The system drive used on the profiler
workstation must match the system drive on the execution workstation.
