Symptoms
The Windows Event Viewer contains the following error message:
“Client/server comm. Version mismatch…”
Resolution
This is a benign informational message that tells the user that a legacy product (that is, version 4.0 and earlier) is communicating with a newer version of the Citrix license server (version 4.5).
