Symptoms
You receive Subscription Advantage alert error messages in the License Management Console even after applying renewal license files. The License Management Console also reflects the incorrect license count.
When issuing the Lmstat –a command at the command line of the License Server, it shows the correct license usage count.
Resolution
Upgrade to the newest release of Citrix License Server (version 4.5) located here. This version of License Server was released at the same time as Access Gateway, however it can be used for all Citrix products that support the License Server model.
