Symptoms
The Password Manager agent is installed on a Presentation Server. However, when Password Manager starts it disappears after a few seconds, or it does not start at all.
The resolution in CTX103491 – The Password Manager Agent Is not Loading Upon the Launch of a Published Application does not solve the problem.
Cause
The Application Data folder or the Citrix folder inside the Application Data folder is missing.
Normally this behavior is seen if these folders do not exist prior to creating the current Windows user profile.
Resolution
Ensure both the Application Data and Citrix folders exist in the current Windows user profile.
