Summary
This article summarizes how to enable and/or disable the Citrix Presentation Server functionality within the EdgeSight Server. Whether you are enabling or disabling this feature, follow the procedure below to determine your current setting and adjust it as needed.
Requirements
To perform this function you must be logged on to the EdgeSight Server console as an EdgeSight Administrator.
You do not need to reinstall the EdgeSight Server software in order to enable or disable the Citrix Presentation Server functionality. This functionality is installed by default during the installation regardless of the setting you choose.
Procedure
The Citrix Presentation Server reports are distributed throughout the report sections in the left-hand navigation menu and are not all contained in one menu item. You must confirm the existence of the Citrix Presentation Server-related reports.

To enable/disable the Citrix Presentation Server functionality:

For EdgeSight 4.5 perform the following:
1. Navigate to Server Settings > Configuration > Settings page.
2. Under the section titiled EdgeSight Features, set the EdgeSight Feature Mode to EndPoint Support Only.
3. Click OK – Update the EdgeSight Feature Settings.
