Symptoms

Autocreated client printers are deleted five minutes after the Citrix Print Manager Service is restarted.

Cause

This issue can be observed on servers with the following hotfixes or hotfix rollup packs installed:

Windows 2000 Server:

PS*400W2KR02

Windows Server 2003:

PS*400R01W2K3069
PS*400R01W2K3071
PS*400R01W2K3073
