［現象］

Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 x64 for Windows 2003 x64をインストールすると、開始プログラムへのリモートデスクトップ接続を起動できなくなります。次のエラーメッセージが表示されます。

ログオンメッセージ

「To log on to this remote computer, you must have Terminal Server User Access permissions on this computer. By default, members of the Remote Desktop Users group have these permissions. If you are not a member of the Remote Desktop Users group or another group that has these permissions, or if the Remote Desktop User group does not have these permissions, you must be granted these permissions manually.」

［原因］

Citrix製品をインストールすると、ターミナルサービス構成のRDP-TCPリスナーの［プロパティ］ダイアログボックスにいくつかのタブが追加されます。デフォルトでは、［Environment］タブで［Run initial program specified by user profile and Remote Desktop Connection or Terminal Services client］が選択されています。また、［Citrix Settings］タブでは［Only allow administrators to create desktop connections］チェックボックスがオンになっています。

［解決方法］

［Only allow administrators to create desktop connections］チェックボックスをオフにします。
