Q: Which interface do Network Time Protocol (NTP) synchronizations go over?

A: NTP synchronizations use the control interface. If your NTP server is on a different network, you may need to add a route to the control table for that network. Do this using the following command line interface (CLI) command:

APS> route add <gateway IP> dev eth0 table control
