Summary
For products that take a Citrix Start_up license from the license server, which are all products in the Access Suite except for Access Gateway and Password Manager, the usage details window provides useful information such as what servers have checked out a Start-up license, what products they have checked out Start-up licenses for, and the Subscription Advantage Eligibility date of that product.
Background
The Eligibility date is important because it must fall after the Subscription Advantage Expiration date in the license file in order for the product to allow users to connect.
In such a case, the customer should renew their Subscription Advantage so that they get an upgrade license file or contact a reseller to purchase a new license file.
How to find out the Subscription Advantage Eligibility date of a Product
To see which servers and products take a startup license, in the License Management Console on the Current Usage page, click the red button in the Citrix_Start-up License product row next to the number of licenses in use. This opens the Usage Details windows.

The Usage Details window shows the name of the servers that took a Start-up license under Server Name. Under Client Name, it shows the kind of Start-up licenses that were checked out and the Eligibility date that is burned inside that product.
In the screen shot below:
Client Name= MPS_ENT_2004.0227
This means that the server checked out a Start-up license for the Enterprise Edition of Presentation Server and that version of Presentation Server has a burned in Eligibility date of February 27, 2004. Therefore as long as the Subscription Advantage date in the license file comes after that date, this product will allow users to connect.
