Symptoms
With Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 and later, when you try to set advanced printing features on the Advanced tab of the printer properties, you receive the following error message:
“Printer settings could not be saved. Access is denied.”
You were able to change these settings in MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0.
In addition, regular users are not able to edit other items under the Advanced and General tabs (except Printer Preferences).
Resolution
This function is by design. You need Administrator or Power User permissions to adjust these settings.
