Symptoms
When attempting to launch the License Management Console start page users receive the following error message:
“You are not authorized to view this page Error 403”
Resolution
Make sure the Jakarta virtual directory in IIS has the Scripts and Executables permission:
1. Right-click the Jakarta virtual directory and go to Properties.
2. On the Virtual Directory tab for Execute permissions, verify that Scripts and Executables is selected.
