Symptom:
The ‘Secure traffic between the STA and the Secure Gateway’ option is grayed out.
Resolution:
Citrix Secure Gateway supports secure communication between the Secure Ticket Authority and the Secure Gateway using the Secure Gateway Configuration Wizard. Ensure that the Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 version media of the ‘Early Adopter Program’ is not being used. The latest build of Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 is 2198.
