Finding Documentation

To view, search, and print the PDF documentation, you need Adobe Reader (supported versions: Acrobat Reader 5.0.5 with Search through Adobe Reader 7.0). You can download Adobe Reader for free from the Adobe Systems Web site. Documentation is available on the Citrix Knowledge Center Web site (select Product Documentation). Updates to Citrix technical manuals are posted on the Web site.

Access Gateway Administration Portal

The Citrix Access Gateway Administration Portal provides a link to all of the documentation for the Access Gateway. To download the documentation, under Documentation, click Download Documentation.

Client Documentation

Online Help for the Secure Access client can be accessed through the Secure Access icon when the user has established a connection.

To open Secure Access client help

    1. Right-click the Secure Access icon in the system tray.

    2. Click Vpn Properties.

    3. In the Citrix Secure Access dialog box, click Help.

Getting Support

For technical support, contact your supplier for first line support or check for your nearest Citrix Solutions Partner (CSN) at the Citrix Support Web site.

Citrix offers online technical support services that includes links to downloads, the Citrix Knowledge Center, Citrix Consulting Services, and other useful support pages.

Software Updates

Citrix provides software updates for the Access Gateway. To find out if there is an update for your appliance, check the Citrix Support Web site.

Issues Resolved in this Release

The following issues were fixed for the Access Gateway in this release:

    • Client certificates are now supported.

    • Network interface configuration for one interface is now accepted, even if there are settings entered for Interface 1. If Use only Interface 0 is selected on the Networking > General Networking tab, the Access Gateway only uses the settings for Interface 0, regardless if there are settings for Interface 1.

The following are known issues for the Access Gateway and the Secure Access client. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE PRODUCT.

Access Gateway

The following are known issues with this release:

Citrix Presentation Server Client

The Citrix Presentation Server Client running in kiosk mode is not available in this release of Access Gateway. On the User Groups tab, under Kiosk Mode Configuration, the check box for MetaFrame Presentation Server Client is grayed out.

Re-entering LDAP Authorization Settings after Upgrade

If you upgrade Access Gateway from version 4.9 to 4.1, use the new Administration Interface in version 4.1 to re-enter LDAP Authorization settings previously made by the administrator in version 4.9.
