Symptoms
Print status is switched to Offline while an auto-created printer is in the process of printing and the print job may not execute.
Cause
The buffer size setting value for using printer data stream has an influence on the Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 auto-created printer printing process. The process may not complete if a large amount of printing data is sent.
Status
This issue is addressed in Hotfix PSE400W2K3015. [#118949]
If the issue occurs on a thin terminal with a ICA CE client, you will need to contact the vendor, such as HP, for the firmware 8.43 or above.
