Symptoms
Users do not see their license files in the License Management Console even though the host name is correct.
Event ID 724 appears in the application log from the Event Viewer after adding a new license file in MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0.
Cause
The company name used contains a special letter/character.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the relevant hotfix as per CTX103794 – MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0 License Management Console does not Properly Display Extended Characters .
