Symptoms
When opening the Citrix License Management Console on a MetaFrame Access Suite Licensing Server, the following error message is received:
“HTTP Error 400 - < Bad Request >”
This issue assumes that MetaFrame Presentation Server is also installed on the License Management Server.
Cause
If the XML port is not sharing with the default IIS port 80, but XML traffic is specified on port 80, this causes a port conflict.
This conflict stops the default IIS Web site even though the IIS Service appears to be running.
Resolution
Move the XML port to a different port or register the XML Service to share the port with IIS.
