Symptoms
After upgrading or installing Program Neighborhood Agent 8.0 from ica32pkg.msi or the stand-alone package ica32a.msi, the settings are not saved. In this case, single sign-on fails to work.
Cause
The Program Neighborhood Agent Client checks the authentication setting on startup. It attempts to use that type of authentication and if it fails, it automatically switches to prompting the user.
Resolution
As a workaround, on your MetaFrame XP Server with Version 8.0 Client installed and activated for SSON, copy (not move) the file, ctxrpc.dll to the \Program files\Citrix\System32 directory.
