Symptoms
The following error message is received:

Users are unable to connect after the grace period has expired. One administrator and two users are able to connect.
Cause
The user has upgraded the Subscription Advantage for MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0. The upgrade file is the only file present on the license server. The earlier license and the upgrade license need to be present.
Resolution
Users may choose to add the upgrade license (Subscription Advantage renewal) to the original license server or download a new file with both sets of licenses. If there is only one license server in the environment, download all licenses to a single file and add that license file to the license server.
If you do not want to download all licenses, you can download the licenses in pairs (the earlier license and the corresponding new license) to the license file.
