Symptoms
When a connection to the MetaFrame server is launched, the ICA Client splash screen appears, but no further activity occurs and no error message is shown.
Cause
A Terminal Services Client Access License (TSCAL) could not be issued.
Action Items
Check the event viewer on the MetaFrame server to make sure there are no TSCAL errors.
